Origins: Born in Agz, a small village in the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco, Fatima lived there until she decided to go south to Agadir to study science and live with her aunt.

Work: She had just finished her undergraduate studies at the Ibn Zohr University when she had to leave Morocco. Fatima is married to Abdel, who brought her to Montréal to live with him.

Love status: Abdel is her one and only love. She knows she has sacrificed her professional career to follow him but she truly believes that they will be a perfectly happy household.

Ambitions: Instead of working in the scientific field, she is a multi-task assistant to Alice at her FTA (fashion trends agency). She also babysits Benjamin when Manon is busy. Fatima’s best friends are Alice, Manon and Francine.

Personality: Raised to be a mother rather than a woman, Fatima is smart and curious but naive. Even though she is shy, she evolves into a strong woman. Living in Montréal, Fatima explores new ways of expressing her femininity and becomes increasingly receptive to North-American feminist concepts that are different than North-African ones.

Characteristic traits: She wears a veil and her eyes glitter with curiosity and excitement.
